onetribeorganics: Green amber. The material itself is not actually green, it is your typical amber yellow with very heavy organic inclusions (25 million year old forest floor). The green coloration is caused by carbon trapped within the amber fluorescing when exposed to UV rays in sunlight. The areas you see that are green are clear material, and the black encasing those areas is dense organic inclusion. This material is available for plugs and is very unique when cut and polished - there will be some areas of clear material and large areas of dark inclusion randomly dispersed in all directions through the pieces. We are offering a 20% discount off orders from this piece because it’s quite large, and we are biasing the orders we do take to larger sizes (around and above 1”) because the material will look best used in those sizes.
